Shipping details and previous purchases are already loaded to make future purchases easier – save time and enjoy the convenience our system has to offer. Having an account also allows you to refer friends and take advantage of purchase credit towards future orders.
What forms of payment do you accept?
At this time, we ONLY accept Interac e-Transfer and PayPal. When placing an order you will be guided through the checkout process to enter your customer info, shipping details, and payment method. Simply follow the prompts.
How will my order be shipped?
Your order will be placed inside discreet grey packaging with a Canada Post label. You can choose either Canada Post Expedited Parcel (1-7 business days) OR Canada Post Xpresspost (1-3 business days). Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been fulfilled. All orders with a value over $250 will have a signature required on the package.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are based on volume, weight and where it’s going. Rates are calculated from Canada Post. Get free shipping on purchase over $225 CAD.
Can you ship outside of Canada?
At this time we can only ship within Canada.
How does the referral program work?
My friend referred me... what do I do? Use the email link your friend sent you to set up your account. Do NOT set up the account without using the link or it won't work. Next, fill your shopping cart! When you are all done, proceed to the checkout page. On the right-hand side, you will be able to enter your discount code. After you have made your purchase, your friend will also be sent their $30 discount code.
How to refer a friend: Click the “send recommendation” button on the bottom left of your screen to send an email link to your friend. When your friend uses that link to make a purchase, they get $30 off of a vape unit and you enjoy a $30 credit towards your next purchase. Use this referral system as many times as you like and send it to as many different individuals as you like to take advantage of this great offer.
Do you have an exchange and return policy?
If you’re experiencing any trouble with your vape unit, please take a moment to read through the troubleshooting section and the user manual that was included with your kit. There’s a good chance the issue can be easily resolved. If not, please send us a note and we’ll do our best to fix or we’ll make it right. On the rare occasion, there is a defect with one of the cartridges or batteries, we’ll send you a new one. Please contact us if you are experiencing any issues. Your feedback is extremely important to us and a crucial part of ongoing research and development. We want to hear from you!
How many puffs do I get in each cartridge? How long does a cartridge last?
It really depends on how you like to vape. Each 0.4mL OHM Cartridge has approx. 100 - 125 draws (2-3 seconds each). Vaping is a bit different than smoking, small puffs work best. Draw for 2-3 seconds, hold for 3-5 seconds. Repeat and enjoy!
Cartridges are best used within 6 months. To ensure optimum freshness store extras in the fridge until you are ready to use them.
How are OHM oils made? What kind of extraction and processing do you use?
OHM vapes are craft made using a combination of CO2 extraction and distillation to produce the most potent, pure and refined vape on the market. OHM premium extracts are infused with terpenes from award-winning cannabis strains and all-natural flavours for an enhanced vaping experience and full flavour profile. Proudly BC grown and pesticide free. No PEG, PG or VG.
Is vaping safe?
Some studies have indicated the adverse effects of vaping PEG/PG/VG at temperatures over 425 degrees. At temperatures in that range and above, the extract would burn – not vaporize. Our vapes are calibrated for optimal heating temp at 375 degrees so you get all the benefits to be derived from the different cannabinoids and terpenes, without the smoke. Vaping is healthier and safer than smoking.
OHM products are for adult use only. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Start small until you know how this product affects you.
Can I refill the cartridges by myself?
OHM Cartridges are not meant to be refilled – they are disposable and single use only. The coil and the quality of the wick degrade over time and are not meant for long term use. OHM Cartridges and components are made specifically for use with the OHM oil.
How do you start a new cartridge?
When starting a brand-new cartridge, you might have to take a few hard draws to fully soak the wick and get it going. You might notice a slight flavour from the dry-wick on those first few draws but this will dissipate once the oil has been fully absorbed.
I'm new, how do I use the vape unit?
Attach an OHM cartridge and rechargeable cartridge battery by fastening them together at the threaded ends. Draw from the mouthpiece end (white or black tip) of the cartridge, not from the metallic battery end. The metallic battery end will light up red while you pull. Draw for 2-3 seconds, hold for 3-5 seconds. Repeat to achieve the desired effect. Start with smaller pulls until you know how this product affects you. Enjoy!
PROPER HANDLING AND STORAGE
Use the portable charging case to store your battery and cartridges. Recharge portable charging case with the USB charging cable provided when the LED display window indicates the battery is low.
Use at room temperatures. Store in cool dark conditions under 25°C. Keep away from heat.
I'm not getting any vape/smoke. I don't think it's working...
Draw from the right end.
Make sure you’re drawing from the mouthpiece, the white or black end on the cartridge, not from the metallic battery end. Don’t be embarrassed if you do – people do this all the time. Chalk it up to a learning curve!
If you do puff on the battery – immediately remove the cartridge to prevent burning as the unit will stay on for an extended period before turning off.
Make sure your batteries are charged.
First, make sure your cartridge battery and portable charging case are fully charged. When you draw, the metallic battery end should light up red and stay on for the duration of the draw. If it’s blinking or no light shows up at all, place the cartridge battery inside the portable charging case.
When you place your cartridge battery inside the portable charging case the LED display window on the portable charging case will light up. The icon on the right indicates how much charge is left in the cartridge battery. If the LED is flashing it means it is charging. If the LED display window does not light up, charge the portable charging case using the USB charging cable.
Check for a bad connection.
Unscrew the cartridge from the battery. Use a Q-tip and alcohol to gently clean the connectors where the battery and the cartridge screw together. Reattach it loosely. Then draw. Alternately, try screwing it on tighter.
Is your cartridge clogged?
Remove the cartridge from the battery and try blowing through the mouthpiece to see if you can hear air flow.
Reattach the battery. Cover the little squares at the base of the cartridge (where the cartridge meets the battery) with your fingers and take some really hard draws. This will increase the pull on the oil and draw it into the chamber.
Lastly, with the cartridge attached to the battery blow INTO the battery end forcefully.
I don't think my portable charging case or battery is charging properly.
When you plug your portable charging case in using the USB charging cable OR when you place your cartridge battery inside the portable charging case, the LED display window on the portable charging case should light up. The icon on the left indicates how much charge remains in the portable charging unit. The icon on the right indicates how much charge remains in the cartridge battery. If the LED display icon for either is flashing it means it is charging. If they show full battery the display window will light up for a few minutes to show the battery life and then shut off again.
Does your cable need replacing?
Use the USB charging cable to connect the EMPTY portable charging case into a wall outlet. The LED display window should light up. If it does not, try using a different cable (such as an Android phone cable).

How do I make a warranty claim?
If you’re experiencing any issues with your OHM products, please take a moment to read through the troubleshooting section first. There’s a good chance the issue can be easily resolved. If not, please send us a note and we’ll do our best to find a remedy. Please note, in some cases, we will request the faulty product to be returned at our expense to further our product research and development.
What does the OHM Connect Limited Warranty cover?
This Limited Warranty covers any material and workmanship defects in products purchased from OHM Connect within the Warranty Period.
During the Warranty Period, OHM Connect will repair or replace, at no charge, the defective product.
What does the OHM Connect Limited Warranty not cover?
The Limited Warranty does not cover shipping charges. Issues arising from improper use or storage are not covered. Any issues that are not caused by defects in material or workmanship are not covered.
How long is the Warranty Period?
The Warranty Period begins on the date of purchase and is as follows:

Portable Charging Cases - 90 days
Cartridge Batteries - 90 days
